 All,

I need some serious suggestion from someone who has gone through the path of staff Nurse PCL in Nepal to Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in the states. The person is appearing for NCLEX exam soon and to be certified as RN in California and is also PR.

1.) What is the best way to move forward in the career? There is couple of options RN-BSN route which seems to take longer because of prerequiste courses. Also, same goes for directly going to BSN program.

2.) Is there any colleges/universities that has expedited nursing programs?

Please share your experiences on this. I am sure lot of people have gone through this pain.

Any advise is appreciated.
