Hey guys I know there's a lot of other similar posts but I hope someone can help me with this. It's been over a year since I have been out of status for F-1 visa. I was wondering if there would be any issues if I was to travel on advanced parole. I read online somewhere that you will be barred from re entering for 3 years but would it still be the case if I have advanced parole?

Thank you

You can travel on ap without triggering 3 year bar coz immigration courts interpret leaving usa on ap as not departure.
I traveled myself with more than 5 years of being out of status. Make that trip and enjoy!
