Hello all,

I've pending asylum case and currently working in a different state. My passport has expired and i would like to file TPS. Can I file TPS with other documents or I have to have passport? Do I have to file the TPS with the same address that I've used in asylum case and go for finger print too? What are the chances that if I use my current address different than my asylum case and my asylum case will move to my current state? Please advise. Thank you.

Your asylum file will move to the jurisdiction where you file the TPS from.
