My skin itches a lot and when I scratch, my nails peel off the skin and causes blood out and rashes and spots. It has been going through since many many years. I am scared if i have a cancer or something. Anybody know anything please let me know.

that just means your skin is dry. happens to many people including me when air is dry or less humid. use some moisturizing lotion before bed and after shower. it may help.

I am no doctor but from the pictures, looks like you have Eczema. I know someone who has the same condition (by looking at your pictures) that gets the same sort of rashes when staying too long out in the sun or when they have dry skin. Better to go see a doctor. They will give you a cream to apply on your skin and like sajhamitra said, apply some bodylotion. Hope this helps.

Looks like you are allergic to sun. I have the same condition. Try not to stay outside for longer period of time and wear full sleeves clothes even while you are driving. For those rashes, you can use OTC cream/ointment called hydrocortisone from any walmart or CVS or walgreen. If this does not work, you should see a doctor.

That is heat rash. Go to walgreens and ask for the heat rash cream in the pharmacy. That should make it go away.
