Namaskar, Sathi haru,
I am in Nepal and my spouse has filed for asylum derivative from US. any idea how long it is taking currently from Kathmandu Nepal to get the visa once the application is approved?

What is your spouse's status in USA? Why did your spouse file asylum? Was he/she thretened in Nepal? If so, why was he/she thretened? These all factors come to play to determine whether or not your spouse will get approved.

On seperate note: Fake asylum filing has a huge penalty including jail time.
