Dear Sajhausers,

Where in MA (Boston) can we get the MRP application form so that I can fill out and submit. I heard in every state they are distributing the forms to expedite the process? Do we have such a facility in MA state? Your help on this would be appreciated.

I am not sure ithere is any Nepali consulate in Boston and thus I don't think you will be able to get the application from anywhere in Boston. Your best option would be:

1) Go to Newyork Consulate and submit the application form. They should have MRP application form. You have to bring your passport and nagarikta with you and after verification they will return your passport and nagarikta. However, you have to go to Newyork to pick up your new passport once the passport arrives (I am not sure whether or not they will mail it).

820 2nd Ave #17B, New York, NY 10017
(212) 370-3988

2) Mail a letter stating that you need application form to DC embassy. It will take around 5-7 days to get the form.

3) Print the form. Heck it was a very time consuming process for me and I just couldn't able to print it as per the specification.

good luck.

I don't know, where you heard that. It is too good to be true. Send a letter to embassy in Washington requesting the application forms together with a stamped return envelope. They will send it to you.

Newyork consulate will return the passport and nagarikata if you submit the application in person. Anyone can always verify that by calling their number (212) 370-3988. It is just a phone call. :)
