Yup, that's a good deal.
I have similar laptop (G570 Windows 7) but I forgot the price which I think with tax was around $500. I bought that in Office Depot.

Don't go with 4 GB of memory, its gonna be slower.. spend $50 or $100 more and get 6Gb atleast or 8 GB
