अघिल्लो लेखमा “के पैसा रुखमा फल्छ ?” शीर्षकबाट हामीले पैसाको छलफल सुरु गरेका थियौं। यस लेखमा आज भोलि हाम्रो खल्तीमा वा बैंकमा हुने पैसाको बारे बिर्स्तृत रुपमा कुरा गर्नेछौ।

आजभोलि पैसा तीन तरिकाले बन्छ। पहिलो तरिका हो : सरकारले बनाउने मुद्रा र नोट (coin and bank note)। यस प्रकारको पैसा बनाउन सरकारले राष्ट्र बैंकलाई अनुमति दिएको हुन्छ तर यसको नियन्त्रण सरकारले नै गर्छ। १००० रुपियाँको नोट बनाउन सरकारले ३ रुपियाँ जति खर्च गर्छ र बाँकी रहेको ९९७ रुपियाँ मुनाफाको रुपमा आन्तरिक राजस्व विभागको खातामा जान्छ। यस मुनाफालाई राज्यको ऋण घटाउन र करदाताहरुलाई राहत दिन प्रयोग गरिन्छ। ....... continue reading https://bit.ly/2BeIFju
