easy peasy - just be yourself.
rephrase - be your appropriate self. I mean conversations flow from IFRS to March Madness, to just about where you want the conversation to go.
Points to remember:
- Don't ask how many hours they work. You should know what you're getting yourself into.
- be friendly, seem calm, dont be nervous - they aren't interviewing you for your technical skills, they're trying to see if you can fit in. (Assuming college grad here)
- Understand what is and isn't appropriate.
- Expect weird questions. I had an interviewer ask me to talk about a time where i failed. I cooked up a story... personally, I don't think failures are "failures", it's an opportunity to learn.
- network!
-ask questions
Interview is mostly behavioural - so you do have to come prepped. Online research!
Also, please try improving your grammar. If you talk like you write, it's going come back and bite you. Not trying to scare you, just giving you a heads up.
Hope this helps...
Good luck
