Hey GUYS,

Until 2019 I have Asylum EAD, and after that I am using TPS EAD. Now the TPS is gone So I am going to apply for Asylum EAD again. Main question is should I Apply for renewal ? 1st EAD(Asylum) was expired on 2019 and then I have TPS EAD.
Please Help out ? THANKS......

You can apply, but it will take at least 8-10 months to get the approval. Previous administration used to allow you to work for 540 days once you receive the receipt notice, but not sure about this administration. Yo administration ma asylum EAD apply garnu chai suti ra bagh lai chalaunu jastai hola hai mero bichar ma chai.
