Us visa officer reminds me of the Stanford prison experiment. Like they have been told to be absolute dicks for no apparent reason.

And since they have power they feel that it is their responsibility to abuse it and mistreat other people because that is all they know about the nature of power. Idk where they have come from but probably throughout their lives all they must have seen is people in positions of power talking rudely and misusing their status so when this idiot gets even a little bit of power he jumps at the need to abuse it.

Again, as a Nepali citizen i potentially have a no right to complain about American system since it has also affected me personally, financially, mentally. I would complain as long as this system is operating. I have spent around more than USD 2000 and my time so more or less it becomes my right to complain.

"....since it has also affected me personally, financially, mentally. I would complain as long as this system is operating. ..."

Then that means you have incurred a life long disease for yourself. Do you think you complaining will make any difference to the overall system?

".....I have spent around more than USD 2000 and my time so more or less it becomes my right to complain...."
Well I do not want to brag, but I have spent about 30 times $2000 to go to school here, but I would not complain about it as if I have scalded myself for life. I have invested money, time and my energy to get the education and be where I want to be now. Not disrespecting money even if it may look small but I have learnt to live with it. Nothing is for free, especially in US of A, as they say. So get over it, brother.

See, during my first and only student visa interview time (it was in a hotel in Kings way, (forgot the name, American Embassy was under construction then) I do not remember any Nepalese staff there behaving rudely or looking down on us. The ambience in the interview hall was serene and nerve racking, yes. I do not know what and how the attitudes and nature of Nepalese and non-Nepalese working there have changed in the last 2 decades. Again people change and a lot of other things as well. Agreed.
I did not have to deal with all those people during my last year Nepal visit (as you can guess why now), but I went to couple of Nepalese Government offices, CDO office, Court etc. I had to wait the lines sometime whole day, and deal with irritating officers, the monotonous bureaucracy (that has always been there as it is), and yes I also say with regrets, I had to "bribe" my way through some of them, because that was how it was even back then and it is not a big shocking thing to me that it still prevails. People can say now I am guilty too for making the system be like that. I accept the blame.

But the most important thing for me was to get my work done, now if these 'certain' group of Nepalese/ non-Nepalese people behave rudely and show attitudes, then let them please themselves. I do not worry about people who want to stay within a bubble for life. I have bigger things going on in my life. If they get my work done, I do not mind going through their self centered personalities. Just suck it up and get it done with.

In your case, you have been acting out like you are the only one who got so hurt by how the system works. Grow some balls and just get over with your whining, man! Currently you are just stuck in one place and rambling like a broken tape again and again and again. Phew!

Move on, make plans ahead!
