Anyone flown Qatar Airways to Doha via Philadelphia? I just want to know if they cause hassle with your carry-on baggage (such as about the size, weight, number of pieces). Please share your positive/ negative / neutral experience . Thanks

Limit your hand carry to 15 lbs. This includes your personal carry on and a personal back pack. Total should needs to be less than 15 lbs. Sometimes they don't care about the weight, but sometimes they enforce it strictly.
