First of all let me show my gratitude to Bijaya Poudel for your article as no one bothered to touch this issue in America. However your story title is misleading. None of the personal information is leaked in the market yet as your title suggested. However yes all the datas are in vulnerable to be leaked thats why America have so many laws to protect them. By the way Election Commission and the Simply Voting already know about everyones data, they know where the votes went to and what so ever. And I am not saying they should not know how the votes are casted. Other thing, you quoted me that we are preparing to file the other motion, I don't recall telling you that. I simply told you the current board(?) compelled us to file the motions in court to have our rightful demands to be met. Well we might as well be compelled, time and again as the (so called) board does not seem to honor its agreement held in the court, I want to remind you that we reside in the Lawful Country. It may suggest that the board does not support their President ? So the Presidents words are not truthful now and we may require him to walk around with the mandates where ever he commits something??? Furthermore I am bit disappointed with this article, smells like someone compelled you to write, to prevent the simply voting data to be handed to the Honorable Court, to prevent the Truth and Justice to be prevailed in the public???
