Being honest,till today I am still confused with some English sentences...
Could you people help me out?
I have some questions to ask to you lovely people

1) What is the difference between these two sentences( please clarify their meaning in Nepali)

If I could not get there,I will send him.
If I cannot get there,I will send him.

2) What does the following sentence mean? (please clarify its meaning in Nepali)
I had always thought that all my friends I would see on the streets were her friends too.

3) What are the rules to use 'could' and 'would' in english sentence? HOw 'could' differ from 'can' and 'would' differ from 'will'?
