There are all these Indian IT consultant companies that bullshit resume's and all that. How come there isn't any Nepali company that does this? Aren't there any Nepalis that are slick enough to do this?

There are so many talented Nepalese in the States working at so many different levels in the information technology industry. That is surprizing that there are so few Nepali consulting firms.

Furke,
As commendable as your words are....but maybe this is why so many Nepalese end up working for Indians.

Nepalese are not actually working for Indians. Those who lack paperwork are working for employers who hire as they are and pay in cash. Unfortunately, those employers happen to be Indians.

Yes, either way we slice it or dice it....there are many Nepalese students who come out of the Universities who, lacking choices, end up working for Indian consulting companies...in the name of white collar jobs.

And, there are many paperless Nepalese who end up working for gas stations of Indian companies.

Isn't that amazing? As if there aren't already so many Nepalese going to India from Nepal to work...even when we come to America, so many of us finding ourselves working for Indians, in their domains.

????????????????????
