Sometime you can find but very hard to get it like this. noway, unless somebody find appropiate sense.

One that is partially closer in meaning is the Chinese proverb: "A rat who gnaws at a cat's tail invites destruction."

"The devil wears Prada" sounds terrific, though.

"A rat who gnaws at a cat's tail invites destruction" does not at all imply the conotation of "binas kale biparita buddi".

That chinese proverb means to know importance of knowing one's physical limit.

Literally: thinking in a way which is quite opposite to what a rational person would do.

Colloquially: persistent tendency to choose the wrong course of action--believed to be the cause of evil effects of certain celestial configurations in one's birth-chart.

Dear Sukratara-jyu,

You are right on the money regarding the meaning of the Chinese proverb. However, I think you are way off regarding the meaning of the Nepali proverb. Otherwise you wouldn’t say, “does not AT ALL imply”. I think it does, as also supported by the colloquial meaning of the proverb provided by Creativegb-jyu above. Just for bahas’s sake hai.

During a bad phase of time or a time of destruction in your life you cannot think right or make a good decision rather all the decisions you make goes wrong too, is close enough to binaskaal biparit budhi.
